Since numbers are limited, registrations are essential (along with full payment) before 7 July 2008.
The launch will take place over a sit-down four-course meal, with non-alcoholic drinks, a range of teas and percolated coffee. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available on request.
The book will be launched by Rev Dr Alan Niven, Vice-Principal and Head of Pastoral Studies from the Churches of Christ Theological College, VIC.
A chapter from the book will be read and several songs will be performed by Monique Lisbon, with guest musician, Roger Nicholson.
Launch costs:

$50 for sit-down four-course meal plus the book/CD
(this includes a saving of $5 from the RRP of the book/CD) OR
$25 per head (for sit-down four-course meal only)
Purchasing the Book/CD:
If you order the book/CD as part of the launch cost, it will be given to you on the night of the launch.

Registrations:
Payment by cheque/money order: To register and pay for the Melbourne book/CD launch of Fragments of Home by cheque/money order (payable to MonoMusic), please send to MonoMusic, PO Box 324, Ashburton VIC 3147, indicating the number of tickets and books being purchased. Also include an email and/or postal address for your book confirmation/ticket.
Payment by credit card: If you prefer to register and pay using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Diners Club only), please click on the button below to progress to an online form where you can securely submit your credit card details.
Your ticket will be emailed or sent to you before the launch.
If the launch is booked out before your registration is received, we will notify you and your payment will not be processed. Your name will then be placed on a waiting list in case of a cancellation, in which case your payment will be processed at that time (with prior notifcation to you).
